General Information

Thank you for the taking the time to explore your educational options with us.

We look forward to helping you set a goal.  We will design a program and schedule to suit your needs, so you can transition to high school, post-secondary, apprenticeship, the world of work, or independence.

The Ontario Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) program helps adults in Ontario to develop and apply communication, numeracy, interpersonal and digital skills to achieve their goals. The LBS program serves learners who have goals to successfully transition to employment, postsecondary, apprenticeship, secondary school, and increased independence. The program includes learners who may have a range of barriers to learning.

The Continuing Education Department offers different pathways to help individuals earn their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or to prepare for college or university entrance. Programs include Co-operative Education, Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition (PLAR), and Independent Study.
